 I think I have come up with something kinda unique!  A couple of things inspired this challenge and I hope you all are up to it!  I LOVE to cook and I love looking through recipes and recipe books;  I even collect them.  My favorite recipe is the one my grandmother has passed to all of the family.  It was passed from her family.  It is the family spaghetti recipe and it is yummy!  After seeing the thread tonight "What's for dinner?" and eating spaghetti myself tonight for dinner, I thought I would create a nice little recipe card with the recipe on it. 

So the challenge if you accept it is this:

1. Create a layout with a recipe.
2. It must be 5(h)x7(w)
3. It must have the author of the recipe on it somewhere.

If it is a recipe thats been passed down, tells us a bit about it when you upload to the gallery.
At the end of the month, I will award a $5.00 GC to ACOT for a randomly chosen submission!

 Your page is fantastic and THIS is a fantastic challenge!! I will definitely take you up on it!! The size will be tricky since all of my heritage cookbooks are a different size but I will see what I can do.

I have gotten a couple of messages that people loved recipes and recipe cards too, so here is an idea.  Since everyone has to make this the same size as part of the challenge, maybe we could upload them to 4Shared or something and "trade recipes"!  I would so print out the recipes I life and make a little book of them.  Just a thought going through my head.

Thats a cute idea.  I didn't think to take pictures of my spaghetti the other night.  I will keep that in mind for the future though!

 Great challenge!!  I'm planning to make a mini album with some recipes and this is the perfect way to start!!

 I might give this one a try as I do have a recipe box that I made and haven't added to it in awhile.  DH's mom had this great succotash recipe that I love so I will have to find it and work on it later tonight.
