Mommybruno's post about Xander's broken heart reminded me of the funniest things. My nephew Gavin is 3 (4 in oct) and he is a character to say the least!!!
When I was at my sister's last time, I was talking to him and asked him if he had any girlfriends. His response "Yeah - Lots of em!" and I asked how many and he said 16!!!!!!!!!!! I tried not to laugh...but man that was funny!!! Gonna be a playa I think!
Another thing he says now is Dude. We were driving in the car and my mom said something and from the backseat you hear Gavin say "You are kiddin' me dude!" OMG!! It was hilarious. He uses it all the time. "dude, can you get me some Juice?" "Dude, can I ride my bike?" "Dude, do I have to?"
Unfortunately, one other thing he says all the time is Oh God. We were in the pool and I told him it was time to get out because it was starting to rain and he said "Oh God". We hope he loses that before he starts school or the teacher will tell them they have to do a math worksheet and he will say "OH GOD" out loud!!!! My friends told me he must get that from me because I guess I say it all the time...didn't even know that **laughing**
Kids - gotta love em!
lol I just love to hear some of the things they say. I have 2 younger cousins and the things that pop out of their mouths just cracks me up.
Kids pick up on things so bad. I hear my kids saying things I say all the time. Thank goodness they aren't the potty mouth stuff.

Yeah, we're big on Dude too. Not sure why I started saying that, but Xander picked it right up. Drives DH nuts!
Xander's new word that he learned is testicle. He now tries to fit it into conversation whenever possible. Awkward!

Thats too funny!
Last night I was on the phone with my sister who lives 17 hours away and she was telling me that she had stayed home sick that day. Her son (who is 5) wanted her to dance with him and she told him "Trevor, mommy doesn't feel too good" and he responded with "maybe you just need a drink of water" and a few mins later she said she heard the water and then him scooting a chair back to the table. He had gotten a chair, climbed to the cabinets and got a glass and filled it with water for her. He brought it to her and said "here mommy, I got you some water to make you feel better"......PRICELESS I tell ya!!!

My 4yo's newest thing to say is "Sick". It pretty much gets used for whatever she wants. The TV isn't on "Mom, that's sick". She sees a bug "Mom, that's sick". Her doll is missing "This is sick".
LOL!!
I love that age...Alex is 3 and he's always saying the most random stuff.

Kaitlyn has picked up a phrase of dh's but she doesn't quite use it right...she will blurt out 'G~d Da~~it Anyways' and then giggle....How do you get mad? But, the last time she said it we were leaving church and told her we needed to get going and out that pops
Gotta love them!
Can't quite figure out how to use that in a layout though...
