Niagra Falls
taking the kids and a few days off and heading for Niagra Falls. We are planning on staying on the Canada side. Anyone have any suggestions as to what to do, what not to do? We will be there for 3 full days.

Re: Niagra Falls
 Have a great time!

Be sure to visit the Skylon Tower, at the top there is a revolving restaurant.

There's also a Ripley's museum and a wax museum.

The Maid of the Mist (if you're brave), Cave of the Winds.

Lots to see and do. :D
On a molecular level, I'm very busy.

My dad's been there a few time and he says you must try eating their waterfowl.  It's soooo good and he makes it for me all the time. :inlove:

What to do:  See Niagra Falls
What not to do:  Miss seeing Niagra Falls

Sorry, I had to be a smart a$$.  I don't even know where Niagra Falls is, so you can make fun of me for that if you want to.

Re: Niagra Falls
Definitely go on the Maid of the Mist.  We went on  "tram" ride over the whirlpool.  I'd recommend Journey Behind the Falls, where you go down under the Falls.  Also, if they still do it, see the light show on the Falls at night - awesome!  I'd suggest getting one of the disposable waterproof cameras to take, especially on Maid of the Mist.  We got some awesome pictures with one.  The Canadian side has such beautiful flowers and gardens (or it did several years ago)!  Enjoy your trip!
Take care of you,
Deb

Re: Niagra Falls
We went to Niagara Falls in June.  The kids favorite thing to do was the Maid of the Mist boat ride.  We also enjoyed the Journey Behind the Falls.  We ate lunch at the Skylon tower in the Revolving Dining Room.  Expensive but much cheaper than Dinner.  The food was excellent and the view was amazing.
