Well gals, we made it to my dad's house in Michigan.  I so LOVE traveling with 2 kids for 900 miles. Can't believe gas prices either - from 3.73 to 4.25!!

I'm missing scrapping, but enjoying the break as the grandparents play with the girls.

 OUCH!  Just glad you got there safe.  Where does your dad live?  I have family in onroe, and Tipton, and my grandmother is way up noth, can't remember the name of the town

 Glad you made it there.  I just traveled 500 miles with 3 kids and I don't even want to think of almost doubling that.  ENJOY that break!!!!

 That would be North of  both of us on the sides of the state. I live in GR but grew up in the det area, all of our family is still on the east and west sides of det.
