I don't even want to read the article...but if some sicko rapes a child I think the death penalty would suit him just fine. Possibly a severe beating with clubs or something would work as well...

To me the death penalty would be the easy solution. If I had to rule, I'd say complete castration & then spend the rest of your life doing community service.
