 So I have a question for you ladies. What are some good sites to start a blog? I want to make one to keep my friends and family updated on our lives and I tried doing it with myspace but not everyone has a myspace so I wanted to make a blog. So where to make one and are there any tips you would have for a newbie blogger?

I hardly post here, so really am I gonna keep up with a blog... we will see. I am going to try and be on here more as well.

Shannon I feel the same way. Ultimately though I created my blog to show off what I'm doing and pass on the news from here to my family back home. I got back in contact with one of my cousins, so I'm really glad to have started it.

 mine's at blogger too.  So far so good.  There are better ones, but I think you have to pay for them.

 I've been blogging since 2005 and have always used blogger. Other people used typepad (paid service) as it had more features but I stuck with blogger (cos its free) and it gets better and better with each year and update. It really is worth checking out for a FREE service! I definitely recommend it.

i'm a Typepad user and just love it.  i have a blogger blog as well floating around somewhere but didn't like Blogger at all.

with Typepad you can try it for free for 14 days and if you decide to stick with Typepad there's a coupon that's good for life that gives you a discount on the fees, just do a Google search.
