What is up with TV stations and "Winter Storm Coverage"? Non-stop coverage telling me that it is snowing outside. Ummm....I can SEE that. Every once in a while, they have a different reporter standing in a different area in the city, showing us the snow there. I realize that on a school day...this is good until the kids leave for school, and everyone is at work. They have preempted the national news shows to tell me it is snowing.The funniest one was our last "storm" when 8-10 inches was projected, and all the "anchors" came in early, and they planned all this coverage, and then there was only a dusting We do have a local weather station if people really wanted to watch this stuff....
