It's been like a ghost town on these threads...are you all ditching me?

Hopefully you've been scrapping...I did a layout last night. I'll post it when the sun comes out!

Here is what I did last night:

I definately find that I have more time during the week to scrap than on the weekend when the kids and the dh are home sucking up my scrap time....Today I have to teach d o n k e y class then go to a birthday party until 3... .

Well...I did ditch you yesterday

We spent HOURS getting a First Communion dress for Kiley. I am hoping this isn't what my future filled with proms and Homecomings is going to be like! That girl is PICKY! We did come home with something, though. Then I took a nap (can't remember the last time I did that!) and then we went out with friends. Never even stepped in the scrap room. I'll make up for it today

Yesterday I got two 1 page layouts done and one two page layout done, and 6 cards! I'm hoping to get some more done today and get everything posted.

Don't worry I won't go anywhere. They say it takes 21 days to make something a habit, well after March, those few days that I didn't post something I felt like my day just wasn't right. That is so sad.

Here's the layout I finished last night...gotta go glue all of the Love, Elsie bits and pieces back down...they all popped up on one end or open when I picked the layout up after photographing it...GRRR

If anyone using a Mac (hehehe...Tracy!) is having the same issue, or has advice on how to get a photo in here, please let me know!


On a happier note-Laura, those photos of Paisley totally made me smile...and she deserves to be surrounded by glittery flowers...especially if they're digi so she doesn't eat them!

Becky--I love that color combo, and your photo is gorgeous...even if it makes my allergies flare up just looking at those beautiful blossoms!

Here is mine for today, it's for Nene's inanimate object Challenge, I've been wanting to this layout for month, her challenge was great motivation, thanks...


I used the Freestyle Kit from Crisdam Designs, one of the new designers in the digi shop, the colors were perfect for my fruit.

See, I am thinking there is an issue with Firefox and ACOT images, because I can post images that are hosted on other sites but not from ACOT in Firefox.

However, I can post ACOT images when in IE.

I was wondering if it was just me. Now I guess I need to look on my settings to see if there is a setting I need to change.

I'm trying to get my groove back today. There was a lot of negative energy here over the weekend and I'm so afraid to post in galleries where I think others will say something bad, you know? I've had that happen to me before and I stopped scrapping for almost 2 years because of it.

Anyway, I have two pages that are almost finished and I hope to finish them today. I love doing these challenges, regardless of what you call them and I thank you for your encouragement.

Melanie, perhaps you could post your pages on a blog and post a link here to them so those of us who enjoy your work could still what you are doing.

I have Firefox but I haven't tried posting an image here yet. I will try later and see what happens.

And I totally agree that the "new message" pop up is annoying. I wish there was a way to turn it off as an option for those who did not want it.
