feeling comfortable so i thought i'd check in.well i finally got some real food down for the first time today, , it went pretty good and didn't cause too much nauseau.  they say that maybe i can go home from the hospital tommorrow, hoping i feel more like it tommorrow. pain has been easier to deal with today so i asked to be taken off the big guns and switched to vicoden, which is making me less nausious (sp?) and is maintaining well enough. things are finally looking up. still waiting on the biopsies results to come back, havn't heard on those yet.one good thing i've been observing and picking up on good and bad behaviors of nurses and cna's, mostly i've been lucky but there are a couple i'm not real thrilled with, but taking the good pointers and learn from the bad to be a better nurse when i finish school.anywho i was feeling a little better tonight and thought i'd catch up a little and say hi!oh and wanted to thank shanierae, i got some really pretty flowers in a gorgeous vase today, they are beautiful! anyway thanks to everyone for all the well wishes and can't wait til i can feel like "normal" again!

Good heavens girl, you are not sapose to get your training that way.All kidding aside, it is nice to know that you are doing better.  I don't do well with pain meds either and it has to be alot of pain before I'll take them.
