They were Christmas presents and I'm trying to get as much done as I can, as early as I can, but to shell that much money at a time for stuffed animals...blech. For those Webkinz fans out there, I got the black bear, chihuahua, basset hound,  and reindeer.  Four itty bitty stuffed animals for $50.  Blech, blech, blech. I think this is the earliest I've bah-humbugged.

Maybe it's a good thing I haven't looked into what they are yet! I know what you mean about the large sums of money all at once. Atleast I have my lists and am hoping to stick to them this year!

My dd was writing a letter to santa tonight...asking for more webkinz...I think she has 4!  JCPenneys has them now...maybe I can catch a sale!!

I bought one for Bella this past spring.  She loves computer games, but we did the Webkinz thing once and she never wanted to go back again.

My granddaughter is 8, and she loves them.  I got her a black bear and a polar bear for her birthday.  I actually found them at a store here in Wrangell - I think they were about $13 each.

WE are hopelessly addicted to Webkinz.  Bella loves them.  They had a stand in the mall that just opened and we got some clothes, charms, and accessories.  They had almost every one of the Webkinz available so check your malls for the holidays.Both Dh and I also play with her so we end up getting our money's worth.   Bella plays with both the stuffed animals and on the computer.  The animals are cute and there was so much time and energy put into the online Webkinz World.  The creator was a genius!!!!

Laura, ACOT needs to get some games for us to play!!!  But to answer your question, yes!Our family has Webkinz here and it's great!  It's totally worth our money!  Santa is bringing the reindeer in our dd's stocking.  She has a ton of them!  And they all sleep with her!

My kids love Webkinz too!  I have a couple Webkinz bought up for Christmas.

My dd loves her Webkinz.  They're really no more expensive than the Beanie Babies of the past and they have extra online features.  She sleeps with 2 every night and takes 2 to school in her backpack for her and her friend to play with on the bus.We found a local Hallmark that has a wheel of wow that you spin to get free stuff with every 2 webkinz products purchased.  We bought a frog and a pack of cards and got a free pony.I hate spending money in the name of Christmas too!  My biggest pet peave is gc's that is all dh's family ever wants.  I feel it is tacky to all sit around and trade money.Laura
