...is Art-Teacher...Laura...and if you have not seen her AMAZING gallery then check it out herefor those of you who would like to know a little bit about her, here it is....so PLEASE join me in WELCOMING Laura to the Digi Team as our guest for Nov...My name is Laura, and I am a scrap-a-holic! I have been scrapbooking since 1998, when a friend became a CM consultant. I quickly learned there was more to the scrapping world, and I have been unstoppable ever since…with my product hoarding, that is. My husband, Mike, likes to say that I have my own scrapbook supply store in my studio over the garage. Lately, I have been hoarding my digital supplies, and doing very many digi layouts, since they are so easy to leave and come back to, when I have a few minutes here and there. Also, they are easier to upload, because I can avoid scanning and stitching (the only part I hate about paper scrapping). I will always be “bi-scraptual” though, because sometimes I just like to feel the supplies in my hands…part of that artsy-fartsy tendency, as my 8-year old niece calls it! Speaking of Mike, we have been married for 17 years, and I dated him for 5 before that. He is my best friend, supporter, and confidante, and I wouldn’t be able to do anything if it weren’t for him. We are the “parents” of a 7-month old, Golden Doodle puppy named Paisley, and I have been featuring her in many of my layouts, lately. Both of us are avid Ohio State Buckeye fans, and we especially love to watch them play football. Go Bucks! For my paying job, I am a high school art teacher, on my 15th year of teaching. I don’t know how I got to the middle of my career so quickly. Maybe I should go back and look through my photos…or better yet, scrap them, before it is time for me to retire! I have been at ACOT since July of 2003, right after the message board opened. I have met many wonderful ladies here, online and in person. I am very thrilled to be asked to be the Guest Digi CT member for November. Hopefully, I can add to the team and learn lots of fun new things!here are a few of her favorite digi LO's...
