more crops, maybe mini crops, late Friday til Saturday night, Contest contest contest....all kinds themed, Paper Lines, new smiley faces  special deals,  this place is pretty great so its hard to think of something off the top of your head... I will have to get back to you on this...

I would love to see more Digi products. Perhaps that means bringing in more designers. Lvoe whose here, so don't loose them! But bring in some fresh faces!Of course more contests would be great, i don't see many digital ones, so would be nice to get more of those.The CT is just awesome. I see all the time you guys put in at crop time and am always amazed and grateful! So keep up the good work on that one for sure!I would love to see more crops happen on a weeknight. My weekends are often claimed for all the running around I have to do, and my weeknights are when I scrapbook, so if there are just mini-crops on a wednesday ngiht or something, that would be sooooo great!Thanks for hearing me out!

I totally agree with you Amy (moody) I had this very discussion or rather my pm sent lol about this very subject.  I also would like the reply's first to stay when chosen.  I think more contest is an awesome idea!  I think too that its great to know that someone is commenting on the gallery, however as someone said you should also get posts JMO.  Not that, that  should be the only  incentive just to go there and comment, but for those who sincerely leave comments and enjoy looking at others artwork.  So yes I guess some people would benefit from it that dont normally comment however it would be a nice thing for people who do leave comments. Love the idea of themed contest, that would rock! Other than that hey I love this place what can I say, I know I have to get a life cause I am on here way too much lol, but my carpal tunnel is getting better really it is, I have even cut back on my time here its now down to like 8 hours a day..... J/KNO if nothing changed I would still love it here, but its great that you guys are up for ideas! edited to say I didnt mean points lol POST to go up yeah thats its not points lol.

I really like the idea of gallery post counting towards your total post count.  Also an easier way to search for members.  Like an alpha list somewhere.  I haven't seen a member list anywhere.  Am I missing it?Other than that I think the way this MB is set up is really great.

Everyone has some great ideas. I like the one for the mini crop.  I also miss the weekly chats.I also like the idea for a member list. And the list would be reat if it showed when you started on this board. If that's possible.

I'm relatively new, so I don't know if I count or not... but oh man that bookmark thing is terribly annoying!    I'm all for moving that! Also, maybe I just don't understand the MB, but is there a way to tell what threads you've posted on already and if there have been replies since you posted?  I'd also like to be able to tell when there are new comments (comments I haven't already seen) on my stuff in the gallery.

With *most* CT teams, there's a minimum number of layouts that you have to do and you're also required to participate on the board.  In fact, sometimes the layouts are 'judged', so that you don't flood the gallery with lame projects just to meet your quota.  You're compensated accordingly - with points or a gift card (usually like five bucks a layout).  Otherwise, you get a 'budget' on the website and you're asked to produce layouts using the cutting edge supplies.  Usually, CT members have a limited time on the team (six months or a year) and then they can reapply at that time.  I think that compensation is important and it probably boosts CT participation.  Like Moody said, it's the right thing to do, given that you're getting something to support your hobby.  Unlike a store, ACOT doesn't keep your pages, so it's kind of a bonus for the CT members.  That being said, five bucks a layout is fair (since it's probably like $2.50 wholesale cost).  Just my two cents on that issue.  One DT I was on selected which of your layouts they wanted, and gave you five bucks toward their site (maximum $30/month).  It was a great gig.  Obviously, this was a paper site!I think that (and have always thought) that ACOT and the CT should offer classes and how-tos.  Should they be articles or actual classes?  I don't know.   Probably both.  They already have the community here and, like a scrapbook store, they should be teaching people how to further their scrapping skills.  Additionally, they should cater to the new scrappers.  It's a bit overwhelming to look in the gallery if you're just starting out.  These articles should be easily accessible.Crops are a great idea and kind of unique to this site.  Obviously it brings in new members, so it should continue.  The way it's done here is exceptional and very organized.  It's nice when *all* of the CT members participate.  Again, I think that (from what I'm hearing) people want to know who *their* CT members are!

I love it here! My suggestions would be have non company based contests thrown in there as well. And that DT members participate  more on the board- i would love to get to know the ladies that create such great work a little better!
