Have any of you used the Cricut machine and if so how do you like it. They have a special offer on TV for five payments of 49.95. Thanks
I have one and used it alot when I first got it. I don't used it as much now, but would probably if I had a better place to set it up than I do now. The part I don't like is that I use more paper to cut a title than I do with my Sizzix where I can use small scraps.
I love using my Cricut and I have 14 cartridges now... I really wish they would come out with some more fonts and less cutesy stuff but what I do have I use fairly frequently.... I would NOT do the infomercial deal though because I have seen them advertised at M's for as low as $129.
michael's. and hl is hobby lobby! welcome to the board and please ask if you have any other questions!
bought the small one a year ago for xmas - love it - have 8 cartridges - got design studio program for the computer and cricut now for xmas - love it - haven't had a lot of time to play with it - but it does help save on paper because you can move the letters on the mat where you want them and you can join the letters also --- really a lot of options open up when you get that program - I got a good deal on the design studio - 69.00 on ebay --- the price on the cricut machine varies also - but better than 5 payments of 49.95 - that is a bit steep - joann fabrics had some on special around xmas -- with extra cartridges too
I like mine, I don't use it as much as I use to. I think the 5 payment thing is a rip off. You can get them so much cheaper if you look around and in craft store ads.
I just got mine for Christmas and LOVE it! I have two more fonts on the way.Definitely don't buy it on the infomerical. My ds bought it for 119 at Walmart on Black Friday. I know they regularly have it for 180 I think. I have seen in on ebay go for around 150 as well.
I love mine and use it pretty often. Like everyone else has said though, you can get a better deal.
I am glad to here that I am not the only one that has viewed that info commercial and thought about gettting it that way. I am interested in it as well. I have a friend that she and several others people she goes to church with went into together and bought one. She loves it but said that I would not get enough use to proble justify buying it for just myself.

My best friend and I both got one from our dh's for Christmas and LOVE them. I'm buying 2 more cartridges today! I'm really excited about the added options it'll bring to my LO's.
must be for the expression? i paid $119 for mine at walmart. i love it , it's my new favorite tool
No that add is for the original and is a rip off. They get you hooked into thinking you get a great deal. Even my LSS has them for $119.00 right now! P.S. I love mine and use it alot.

The one they are advertising on TV can be purchased much cheaper at WalMart, Michael's, JoAnn's and Hobby Lobby when they have their sales.I have the Cricut Expressions and use it practically on every layout.
