Here’s mine - I used all of the ingredients. (There’s a close up of the torn edge of the “tires” in the gallery.)

I had a giggle that a lot of my "grunge" items had a hint of non grunge when I went to use them. My brown texture paste has glitter and my metal elements all had hearts lol. Also used Hexegons, texture paper as background, flannel & distressed edges. Close up to show texture past as it blends in. Wood grain texture.

Here is what I came up with.
gears, splatter, brick, color and ripped paper.

Here is my grungy layout- using splatters, woodgrain, twine, torn edges and distress ink on them.

I used 6 of the choices:
3. Splatters - not exactly, I made the white dots with a white pen because I don't have any white paint right now
5. Metal Embellishment - snowflake brad in upper right corner
7. Flannel/Plaid Elements -plaid print on sticker across the page near the bottom
8. Color Scheme of "Grunge" (lots of black, grey, dark blues & dark eds) - yes
9. Ripped Paper/Distressed Edges - blue cardstock is torn
10. Fibers/Burlap/Twine black burlap
