Stats broken down by project?

Is there a way to see my stats broken down by project? I participate in all of them, but would like to see how much work each project is getting from me. TIA!

Re: Stats broken down by project?

Hello zombie67,
Not right now. The stats are published 4 times a day, with the team stats added on to the midnight run. Publishing a breakdown by project would multiply almost everything by a factor of N, where N is the total historical number of projects. It is easy to do for grid totals. In fact, I would like to see the grid totals broken out by client / OS. (knreed recently said that 22% of our results were being run on BOINC, as opposed to his previous announcement that 15% were being run on BOINC.) But I suspect that breaking this out for individuals would lengthen the statistics runs to unwieldy times.

Just my guess,
Lawrence

Re: Stats broken down by project?

Only thing that is do-able/recommendable immediately, if running on BOINC, is to regularly take a data-dump from the Results Status pages, about once every 4/5 days and past it into a spreadsheet and sort it by machine or project, remove duplicate records if any and plot it......takes a little effort to set up string formula to translate text to value, but when done, it's a 5 minutes chore.

oh, and if you have BOINCVIEW.... it keeps the records as long as u want it..... copy/past to spreadsheet done, AND...... in BV you can sort the WU's by science program, project, filter, date whatnot.

ketch u laeter

PS, here a sample of how to convert the Dates from WCG website into a spreadsheet sortable.... =MID(TRIM(C2);9;2)&"/"&LEFT(TRIM(C2);3)&MID(TRIM(C2);4;2)
The rest is yours to figure ;>)
