What are the statistics?

The summary screen shows some statistics on the progress of the search, but I can't find what they are.

They're listed as "rosetta", "environment", and "pairs", with no explanation. OK, I assume they're some measure of quality of the folding, but what?

I looked them up in the Help index, but they're not there either.

Don't TPTB think people would be interested in the substance of what they're doing?

If you visit the Projects Showcase page on the project there is a link to the ISB page that explains this and much more in detail.
