I've come over to crunch for you guys for the duration of the Challenge. I don't have anything like the crunching power that some of you have, but I figure every little bit helps. :) A Hawkeye in our midst? This is an interesting team indeed. Gophers, Hawkeyes and and Illini.....  |

Gophers, Hawkeyes and and Illini..... She may be a Hawkeye now, but I think she has a root or two in Duluth. Glad to have her here for a while. And you too. Cheers

A Hawkeye in our midst? This is an interesting team indeed. Gophers, Hawkeyes and and Illini..... She may be a Hawkeye now, but I think she has a root or two in Duluth. Glad to have her here for a while. And you too. Cheers Oh yes, longterm Minnesota roots! I grew up in Duluth, went to school in southern Minnesota, left the state for a while, then came back and lived in St. Paul for 9 years. I've been a Hawkeye for "only" 16 years. I wonder whether more of the Big 10 is represented in Minnesota Crunchers.   |

I wonder whether more of the Big 10 is represented in Minnesota Crunchers. I hadn't seen Coralville in a long time so it caught me by surprise. I grew up not too far away from Iowa City. It wouldn't surprise me if there are more people in Big 10 schools/areas, especially since Penn State,Nebraska, Rutgers, and Maryland are or will be part of the Big Ten. This latest bout of expansion does unfortunately add credence to the snide joke made by a former colleague who was one of THOSE Notre Dame fans.: "Big Ten, the conference that can't count/count past 10". Anyways, Merry Turkey Day to all. |

This is where your cpu power will shine again, mclaver. I can only do about 150k ppd with cpu power alone :( Yes...I am number one again! :) I am finally beating you and deltavee. I was doing about 450k ppd before GPU. Although I would rather do 2,000,000 ppd with GPU! I am 38 overall and GPU was going to get me to 35 in 90 days. By the way, I just ordered another 7970 that should arrive Monday so I can get closer to the two of you.    |
