This is more of a Windows question, but is there a way to get WCG to run if nobody is logged on? (Win2K or XP)

Basically, if I power on the computer it'll boot up to the logon screen. If I don't log on, is there a way to get the client to run?

If there are multiple user accounts on a computer, how does one get it to run for anybody who logs on? Do you have to add a shortcut into the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup directory?

Is the windows option of hiding inactive taskbar icons user specific, or global? I would guess user specific, but am not sure.
