Sorry to hear that feckit  - how did it happen?Whilst helping a colleague at work I fell & landed heavily on my side. My colleague just laughed until they realised I was injured! Friends and colleagues are so sympathetic aren't they sometimes  Hope you get back on your feet soon mate  |

Hi there Ady, Feckit and Crunchies-All  How are you feeling today Feckit? It's really warm and sunny here today, hope it's the same with everyone else? I think summer has returned so on with the Ray-Bans  Spent most of today in bed. Not spending much time on pc as i need to keep a good posture, slumping whilst sitting by the pc hurts my side. Going to have a few days away from the pc, but will still crunch. It's probably a good idea to have a break Feckit, it's so easy to make something like that worse by sitting awkwardly at the PC - and I think we all tend to do that sometimes. Hope you will feel much better very soon, take care.  Hope everyone else is ok, nighty-night Crunch-Buddies   |

I'm going to have a few days away from the pc, but will continue to crunch.

Evening all. Had the joy's of the NHS today after being taken ill at work. Visited A&E were i got checked over, seems i have ripped some muscles & possibly damaged a few ribs!  Will be off for a few days whilst i recover. But worst of all i'm not allowed to drink for a week!!!!!!!!! My Sympathies feckit, the muscles and ribs are bad enough..... but not being ble to have a pint well that is cruel punishment. Horace Rumpole had a few thoughts on that subject.  |

---------------------------------------- it's sunny here too, but there is a bit of cloud about too, so not sure if it is going to last. It's supposed to be quite hot though, so may not be too bad.We might go and take a browse around a couple of computer stores later, I love looking at all those PC-goodies.
