New Thinkpad T42 but WCG not working

Hi...I installed the WCG software on my new Thinkpad but now it doesn't work. I had an old T30 Thinkpad and it seems that even though the icon is running in the taskbar the points aren't accumulating anymore. I leave my machine running all night and turned off the "suspend" mode but the screen saver doesn't show up anymore so I can't tell if it's running WCG and the points are still the same total # as before I installed on my new machine. Any thoughts? Thanks

please post screenshots of the Agents

screen and the

(settings) screen.

Action to take first is to hit the

button and untick the screensaver option top left, than hit apply, than return to the

screen of the agent and report if the clock runs and what is reported right hand bottom of the screen, like for instance "Primary Task is Executing" or "Agent Paused".
