Hi All
On of my devices had disappear from my devices list. That machine is working fine and have returned FINALLY, it first result. Statistics at this device shows me that I have 8821 points earned but the WC site device statistics only shows 2 devices and some 6000 points... Any ideas how to "recover" this lost device? Hey Alvaro,
I don't think your device disappeared. The Device installations statistics page has a default filter which won't show devices registered more than 7 days ago, or those that haven't returned a result in the past 14 days. Since you seem to have joined about 9 days ago, and just returned your first result today, the stats page won't show your device until tomorrow (when the stats refresh, and your computer passes the 14-day filter). Hi
You were "partially" right. Even if I looked for the stats for devices for more hat the 7 days, the statistics didn`t reflect the missed device. However after the statitics dayly update time, the device appeared agian. Regards Alvaro |
