We've already shown were the leader now lets show were leaders.
Lets make it more challenging and break the IBM and IBM corporate mega teams for our respective countries. If any teams make the top ten the challenge is to then further divide. Combine this with Challenge 2 and lets see if we can have teams in the top ten.

I challenge all IBMers once regionalized to recruit 2 people a week to the Grid regardless of team!
