Is the protene folding app related to IBM's BlueGene supercomputer app?

I believe that Rosetta.exe was developed at the University of Washington. The Institute of Systems Biology is in the same area. There is a lot of research going on about folding proteins, given the DNA template. Here are 2 articles about supercomputers I have referenced recently:
