Some of you may remember me posting a similar thread about this matter but it seems to have disappeared from the forums.

I have the grid agent on two machines with no problems, but the most recent machine doesn't seem to want to register under 'My Devices' I reinstalled the grid agent today and it appeared on the list, but since the stats have updated today the device is no longer listed.

If it appeared when I reinstalled the agent on the machine, then it should still be there if it has finished a task or not, so it appears that any device should be listed from the get go rather than once it has completed it's first task.

Can anyone please help me, I have read other threads where people have more than two devices listed so there is no limit on how many you can have.

Please help me.
