What about emailing updates to all WCG users once in a while (once/twice a month)? E.g. Progress of projects, updates on statistics, no. of users currently registered with WCG, partners & participation, etc. Or, does WCG have a blog/wiki which contain updates and latest news (& info) about dc projects? Well, there are WCG users who seldom visit the forum to get the latest news & info, so I guess include WCG's forum link (or blog/wiki, if there is) in the email would do good by informing them about project updates and would encourage them to drop by the forums.

The newsletter is quarterly. You can chose to receive it in your preferences.

Hi kimberrr,
As Didactylos says, if you go to 'My Grid' - 'My Profile' you can check the Information box 'World Community Grid plans to occasionally send out information and/or updates via e-mail. Please check the box if you would like to receive information updates from World Community Grid.' and then press 'Save' to save a new profile. Then you will receive the Newsletter. Past issues of the newsletter are available at 'About Us' - 'News & Media'. I see...so WCG members should receive newsletter 4 times a year? That's good...thanks!
