using both processors

I would like to see an upgrade in the software that will alow me to use both of the processors in my dual core. I run the grid at 100% all the time and it only utilizes one (half) of the processor. sad

Re: using both processors

Hi Dirty-25 from the USofA...welcome to the WCG Forum

Please read posts discussing the conversion from WCG UD Agent to BOINC.....latter will use as many cores as your PC has Migrate from the UD agent to BOINC . This makes the upgrading of UD agent superfluous, also because the BOINC software soon will get a GUI overlay which more or less makes it look like UD agent, but with more features.....see other posts for that subject also BOINC Graphical User Interface, Nearing your Desktop VERY SOON

ciao
