I can only run Fight Aids. I know there is a problem with HFP2, but is there a problem with Help Defeat Cancer? When I specify the last option alone my agent goes into a permanent pause status. My system has more than enough capacity.

----------------------------------------There's another little recommended parameter in the user project screen if using the BOINC interface. Check this box: [x] If there is no work available for my computer for the projects I have selected above, please send me work from another project (this option only applies to BOINC agents). I have it set to HDC only and two large computers run that. One computer only has 512Mb of memory, so the server sends it FAAH. No problem. The UD interface also requires a 550MHz or faster computer these days. Some smaller projects will be released soon that can keep the little computers busy again.

Even if you do meet the minimum requirements, there may be times when there is no work available for HDC. Read the HDC FAQ for an explanation of how the work units are produced.

S'far as i read the alternate work option only works for those on BOINC....this is how it looks in the message log if you get some...HDC was out of work to send, it being the main project selected on my machine:
