Transfer of points from my earlier userid 'Bluesky' to my new id 'k_suresh'

Hi,

I had a earlier Notebook PC which I registered under the user id Bluesky. Now I have returned this and got a new one which I have registeres under a new userid k_suresh. I would like to use the new userid k_suresh henceforth and discontinue bluesky. However, I have earned points which I would like to transfer to this new id. Could the system/website admins help me in this regard?

Hello Bluesky,
This makes extra work for the staff. Better send a 'Contact Us' message about this using the old Bluesky identity to prove your right to the Bluesky points, then be patient.

It's not actually possible at this point to combine two member names. The best thing to do would be to uninstall the WCG software and then reinstall. When reinstalling, make sure to check the box that says "already an existing member." Then put in Bluesky and the password for that member name, and you will resume crunching under your old member name of Bluesky.
