Hi Bossman....what the Community Advisor is saying between the double spaced lines is, that labs can only produce 4000 HDC WU (work units) a day, Thus 4000xQuorum3=12000 can be send out)......that's processed with the left hand down on a daily basis,...crunched WU for HDC the day before was 18,000 i.e. there's shortage of supply. Thus whenever HDC runs out of stock, it starts sending an alternate (if u have taken that option in your device profiles) or in your case FAAH, if available.
