My new computer at work is not showing up under the device profiles. The agent window shows all the right info on the screen with the number of points and length of time I have been running. A computer I added to the grid while I was in India is showing up on the Device list. My Mac that i just added at home has shown up on the Device list. This new computer here at work that has been running the agent and completing work, just doesn't seem to be showing up.
I'm not even sure the work units for this computer are being added. I know it is executing the tasks, but I'm not sure the points are showing up. I did a complete uninstall/reinstall of WCG a couple weeks ago, but that hasn't helped. I am wondering if some of the data that was migrated from the old machine is messing things up. I would have thought the uninstall/reinstall would have solved that though. Eric |

Hello ecirwin,
The UD client should give you the profile name, device name and device ID. If the device name does not show up on My Grid - Device Manager - Device Statistics on the web site, then you have to consider the possibility that you signed up using a different member name. You can send this information in a 'Contact Us' message and request knreed to look at the server to see what is happening with that Device ID. Lawrence |

OK, so I sent an email to the Contact Us link and put "To: knreed" at the begining. Still waiting to hear.
In the meantime, I was looking around My Grid stuff and this came up. My work computer is listed under Device Statistics when I show all installed/registered devices and all results. The device name is there. Under "Last Results Returned" it says "Never". Under Total Run Time it says 0:013:19:13:16, under Points Generated it says 11,918, and under Results Returned it says 51. There must be a glitch in the system somewhere. Eric |

Yes, that is definitely a glitch for knreed to look into. My statistics work fine, so something went wrong with the way your computer is registered with the server. Just leave it for the staff to look into. Lawrence |

Something went wrong with the way we imported the record for that device from the UD grid database into the website database. I made a change so this will correct itself at the 18:00 UTC stat update today.
