Other DC projects (e.g., Folding @ Home) have multiple-job queues, enabling people with dialup access to run the DC project for weeks at a time without going online. WCG requires Internet access on a DAILY basis. Please upgrade the Windows agent to provide a multiple-job queue capability!

This capability is provided by the BOINC agent. If you need this functionality, then migrating is easy. Just go back to the download page.
The United Devices agent is proprietary, and WCG can't improve it, however much they may want to. United Devices is the company that run grid.org, so you can understand that they're not particularly bothered about improving their agent. But we have BOINC as well, and it performs excellently. However, if you are determined to stick with UD, then someone has provided an addon called UD Monitor which will cache work units for you (it's a total hack, though). I recommend BOINC. |

Here a screenprint of UD Network Monitor....the picture tells the story of what the bold and fearless can do with this unsupported tool. Don't even know if it supports the WCG variation of UD Agent....it does for the Original Agent of United Devices.
