Hide Task-Bar Icon?

Is it possible to hide the little 16x16px Community-Grid-Icon in the Task-Bar on the right hand side?
To convince the company's management to install the software an all clients, the software is still too present in employees mind with this icon. It must be more inconspicuously.

cool Re: Hide Task-Bar Icon?

On a single desktop with Windows XP right click on Task Bar, then select Properties. Click on Customize in the Notification Area. World Community Grid Agent should show Hide when inactive. Left Click on that and a drop down menu should appear with 3 choices – Hide when inactive, Always hide, Always show. Select Always hide then Okay and then remember to Apply before leaving Properties.
