I noticed the suggestions/feedback link says "Share you input on how to improve the network. Any post that is offensive can be removed by the Forum Administrator. Posts that go off-topic can be closed by the Forum Administrator."
I'm think it should read "Share YOUR input". I noticed couple others errors on pages of which I don't remember where at this point in time. I am thinking that some people might not be impressed to join if they seen spelling errors. Anyway, I had the comcast cable guy over at my apartment trying to install software for my new cable modem and he freaked out when he seen my CPU usage at 100%. I explained to him that it was okay and nothing was wrong. He wanted me to make it normal and shut it down. Apparently, some people out there freak out when they see 100% CPU usage and think its an emergency!!! |

I explained to the guy there wouldn't be no nuclear explosion or a meltdown even if I was running the CPU at 100%. I finally, convinced him that I knew what I was talking about and he thought my dual liquid core computer was awesome and fast.

Good catch, rbolo28.
Also, the (retired) New Members forum has replced instead of replaced. I never read these captions, just skip to Recent Threads. If you notice any more spelling or grammar errors, post them in Website Support. Our HTML pages undergo frequent small changes, with plenty of opportunities for errors . Lawrence |

Apparently, some people out there freak out when they see 100% CPU usage and think its an emergency!!! Pull their leg a little and tell them you ocassionally run it up as high as 110% with no problems. ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jun 10, 2006 4:35:01 PM] |

Only thing is, some of these installers have no clue what there doing in the first place.
Took 3 count them 3 guys to install my cable modem. I finally had to tell them what the problem was. It wasn't the cable modem it was old cable that wasn't updated when it should have been. I was running E5 and the cable modem required E6 to work properly. |
