I'm not sure if I anyone has enough Cheese for this Whine!!
Once again its the good with the bad. I Finally solved my DSL problem. By getting aggravated enough (After a call to my ISP) get out my tools and (Opps for new Mates I've been DSLless for near a Month. Repairmen came out twice and said that the problem was my inside wiring or my modem.) fix it myself. (Breaking the "Official" seals) Hard wired the Main line past Mid (("Breakers and Splitter") LOL) straight to my Phone network. Get'er DONE! By the time I put up my tools like a good boy it was close to Post Time! Hurriedly I readdressed each computer and uploaded it's work. As it got close to 5pm (00:00GMT) I noted that the one dial up cruncher had not been "Done' yet. Moving a KVI set to it I jostled Wicked Sic off it's perch! CRASH! OMG! Silence......... I don't hear the Auto go by the open window, the countless fans PC exhaust fans all with there own personality. No Just this really sad sound. Like Rosie the Robot Maid from "The Jetsons" cartoons. Kind of an AHHHahhh, AHHHahhh, over and over. Yup Looks like more'n DUCK  TAPE this time. To add an extra bit of humor here it is the same one that I got the Gig (Sent back twice) of ram to do Cancer crunching and Cancer was over by the time I got the Third Set.  Now it seems to have passed on to a better .... Well I'll work on it before it goes to the questionable spare parts pile. But that AHHHahhh, AHHHahhh!!! Got enough CHEESE for that?!?!?  |
