I have done some personal research that I would like to share. I'd like to know how to get in contact with some of the scientists. I have a theory.

Have you published? A dissertation, thesis or paper? The scientist's contact details are available on their own web site, but don't get your hopes up. People with a theory are generally expected to do at least the groundwork themselves. If it's a good theory, you'll get plenty of help.
