WCG Server status - does such a page exist?

Is there a webpage available that shows the status of the WCG servers? (Something similar to, for example, the server status page that Seti@Home has) that would show if things are running or not?
I'm having a "problem" that I don't seem to be getting any new work for WCG where my workstation usually has one running and one "ready to run" work unit. I've had a quick look through the forums and can't find anything.
A status page would be helpful to see if there is a possible server side issue or a client side one.
Thanks

Re: WCG Server status - does such a page exist?

The Member News forum would normally have news of any scheduled outages. The Known Issues forum normally has any news of unscheduled outages or problems. Can you provide more details of your problem? Are you running the UD agent or BOINC (I suspect the latter)? Do you have multiple profiles? Do you participate in bothe projects or just one (which if so)? Speculating given what you say and my presumption of BOINC, I would confirm your Connect to Server Every x Days setting in your profile(s). That value defaults to 0.1 which normally means you get a new WU when you compete the one you're crunching. Setting it higher gets you more WU in advance of that. If you have more than one profile, one of them could have the 0.1 default value perhaps.

Re: WCG Server status - does such a page exist?

Thanks for the reply. I've checked those fora so will continue to do so in future.
To reply to the questions. I use the BOINC client (5_4_9). I participate in the FAAH project and Seti@home. I only have the one profile (I guess one from each project but both "default" with a connect value of 1.0, not 0.1. I suspect that there were problems with either a server being updated or down at the time. (I know that Seti was doing a rebuild and there are times I can't look at statistics on WCG when it is updating. Perhaps I just hit an "unusual" time but that's why I've asked about a "status" page so that I could see, quickly and easily, when servers are available, in maintenance, unavailable, etc.
Anyway, thanks for your feedback and help. I'll check things out when the client next completes a work unit and see what happens.

Re: WCG Server status - does such a page exist?

Well, there's this post in the FAQ - http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread?thread=1534 but I suspect that the durations given there are slightly longer these days. Keep in mind too with BOINC that when you set your Connect to Server to 1.0, that applies to how often you automatically report results that have uploaded and get new work too. There are other conditions where you will get new work before that but it's a good idea to have a look in the BOINC WIKI athttp://boinc-wiki.ath.cx/index.php?title=Main_Page for more details so that you can put your own experience into that context.
