AOL blocked communication with wcg this week.
----------------------------------------I had to reset AOL to allow it to receive a new work unit. [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Apr 16, 2006 9:21:22 AM] |

Hello delores,
This is the first time that I have heard of this. Could you explain just how you were blocked and how you resolved this problem? Lawrence |

I don't know, it happened about 1 week ago. I found the agent paused. It would not communicate with the server.
----------------------------------------Then I checked the AOL Security and found the server was blocked. I changed the setting to "Allow" and then it worked again. The homepage was ok, I did not try to log on so not sure about that. [Edit 3 times, last edit by Former Member at Apr 16, 2006 9:25:44 AM] |

It sounds like your AOL Security firewall settings just got reset somehow. Have you had to re-allow acces to the Internet for any other programs?
