I was disconnected for a couple of days ... now trying to report my results and getting a series of errors that say:
Fetching master file Master file parse failed Too many backoffs - fetching master file and it sets the project status to "Sceduler request pending: communication deferred for ..." and that time gets longer & longer I am connected right now (I was able to go to the transfer page & tell it to "retry now" on the uploads, but I don't seem to be able to request new work. Any thoughts? |

The master file looks perfectly healthy to me.
It sounds like you simply can't contact the servers. Do you use a proxy? Also, check you firewall and virus scanner logs. It may be worth running tracert on your connection to secure.worldcommunitygrid.org |
