hi,
i'm an older user who decided to reinstall the software after a hiatus... i know my user id and password, as i was able to login to this website... i even had it sent to my email address to double check. when i check off that i'm an existing member and put in my id and password and click login, i get the message "The user name or password that you have provided does not match the one in our records." what do i need to do to get this working? thanks |

hmm, that's strange.
would the caps lock affect anything here? or maybe you changed one space or letter? |

Perhaps you downloaded your agent software from grid.org instead of worldcommunitygrid.org. We are different grids. This could cause the problem you are seeing. Go to WorldCommunityGrid and get a new copy of the agent software.
