Hi to all of my team mates and friends who have posted their wishes for my health in our team thread. It seems like forever since I have been in here -- almost 3 weeks now! Things are slow going. The infection is in a bone in my right foot that almost was amputated a year ago. I am on some pretty heavy duty antibiotics and will be here at the VA Medical Center in Durham, NC, for at least another 3 weeks. I found that there are two PC's available in the library for patient use with 15 minute time limits, so I will try to pop in every now and again. My time is almost up now, so I am going to run along. Again, thank you for all of the kind words I have read.
