i have a problem with my Account. I have the wrong "BOINC Cross Platform IDentifier". I was in other Projekts active, and in Boincstats.com have i seen, that the id by WCG was wrong (WCG ID --- BOINC Cross Platform IDentifier bddbf8eae9627be30548f6886fec1ea8 AND other Projekts --- BOINC Cross Platform IDentifier 794798a637b81f838e1718518da78676)

Can you edit this?

Can you please send the client_state.xml file located in the directory where BOINC is installed to support@worldcommunitygrid.org? Make it to the attention of knreed.

Please send it from a computer where you have attached to both World Community Grid and some other project.

Please send the client.xml to support@worldcommunitygrid.org and make it attention Kevin.

This problem appears infrequently but it does periodically occur. I need the client.xml files in order to see what is going on and track it back.

One question - how long have you been using BOINC at WCG and at another project?

You need to have the same email address in all of your projects and it must be in all lowercase letters. You also need a path that connects all the projects through your computers, the simple way to ensure a path is attach one computer to all the projects. Once those are in place the CPIDs should sync up after a few successfull RPCs to each project.
