OK. I enter the url then the ID number and wait. The project returns I failed to connect. Try again. The project returns I am already attached. Confusing, but I got it running. Thanks.

Can you tell us the exact error? Copy and paste the messages. You may need to upgrade BOINC: WCG requires SSL support.
