i have read that you cant do more than one project on boinc? i see a few poeple posting signatures with a whole bunch of different boinc projects??? i tried to add roseta@home but my linux computer crasged?? i was running full bore on 2 simultaneous jobs on the dual core amd... maybe i could have suspended the work whilst adding stuff?? would be nice to vary the HPF and FAAH with even the possibilty of being involved in rosetta@home to advance the roseeta program??

Hello retep57,
Yes, if your computer has at least 512 MB you can also run Rosetta@home. BOINC scheduling is a complicated subject. Instead of doing one complete work unit and then switching to another project, it will probably work on one project for a set interval of time, then switch to another project. Right now there is a bug that sometimes crashes an application unless it is left in memory while preempted, so I am not recommending this procedure. My personal opinion is that until BOINC is debugged it is more efficient to devote a computer to a single project (WCG, Rosetta@Home, SIMAP, etc.) rather than to try to run all projects on a single computer.
