Ahoover, basically your problem is that boinc client is not running. Go to your task manager and be sure that you have bionc.exe running under processes tab. If it is not running then try to go to command prompt and type "X:\Program Files\BOINC\boinc.exe" and then try to start your manager again. Also be sure that you are have enough permissions to run program on Advance Server 2000 for boinc. Try login to Server on administrator account.
