Earlier today we had a short outage. During this outage a number of results that were returned were stored onto the wrong filesystem. We are working at moving these results back into the correct filesystem. Once these have been moved back, then we will be able to process them normally. Please be patient with us as it will take us a few days to correct this error. Be assured that you will get the credit for your work and that none of your efforts have been lost.
You can tell if you are part of this group becuase your log file for that result will look something like this: ------------------------------------------------------------------- <core_client_version>5.2.13</core_client_version> <stderr_txt> Failed to open wcg_checkpoint.dat for reading. rc: 2. File doesn't exist? ... lots of details .... autodock4: Successful Completion on "World Community Grid device" ________________________________________________________________________________ </stderr_txt> ------------------------------------------------------------------- Normally an error workunit log starts with something like: <core_client_version>5.2.13</core_client_version> <message>WU download error: couldn't get input files: - the missing message tag is what lets you know you are part of this group. |

We have just finished resolving this issue. There were 1145 results affected and they have all been processed correctly.
