I dont know how the data is reviewed by the scientists, weather or not they just eyeball a printout, but my idea is based more on numerical values (spikes on the chart)
but i was thinking: could scientists could recieve WCG "processed" data via grid tecnology. We coudl have a grid of scientists couldnt we? (of course its a one by one add procses for the new scientists based on reuputation and results) Is grid analysis a useful idea? Just thought i would ask :) |

Scientists already have a number of "grids" for sharing information. For example, the cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid or the Biomedical Informatics Research Network.

A requirement for all projects run on the World Community Grid is that the results obtained be published and available for all to see. In effect, this will make the results available to that "grid of scientists" you suggested.

There are a lot of grids being designed around GLOBUS. For example, look at http://www.sciencegrid.org/
