Hello you lot, can anyone tell me how I add new systems to my team. To explain, we have 3x Pc systems running on a shared internet connection, I've installed the agent on all 3 machines and logged them all in as my member name but in my profile its only showing one team member.
Do all 3 systems count towards my 1 member profile or do I need to add each system as a seperate team member? Regards Confused Kev.  |

Provided each computer was registered using the same Member name, each computer should be listed in your profile as a separate device, even if each has the same device name.

Monkeyboy - I also have three computers running under the same username, and it took a long time to get my profile updated to include all three - I believe the additional devices have to return their first work unit before the profile gets updated.
----------------------------------------I know a lot of other communication between the server and the clients happens at that point in time (your device rating is calculated, etc), so that's my educated guess. Hope it helps. |
