I´m new too! And have some questions...

Hi everyone wink

since I´m the world community grid "testperson" of my country I would be lucky if someone could help me with these topics:

do I have to be part of a team for my time is counted for the project?

is there any possibility to deinstall world community grid software if I´m not longer interested in (due possible problems with my computer...)

nice greetings from Austria

Isabella

Hi Isabella,

You do not need to join a team for your time to count toward the global statistics.

The Grid Agent may be uninstalled at any time by removing it via the add/remove programs icon in the control panel.

Welcome to the Grid, Austria -- hope you join us! smile

You do not have to be part of a team for your time to count, but many countries have set up their own team, so you might want to start a team for your country, and try to compete with others, assuming the Grid works ok for you and you decide to join, of couse :)
