There is not. please see the FAQ with regard to MAC OS X. Note that not only the client would need to run under MAC OS X, the application would as well.

We are testing FAAH/Mac/BOINC internally now. I do not have a release date yet, but it should be relatively soon depending on how the testing goes.

According to the commandline client for Linux, it is available and runnable within MacOS X via the commandline once BOINC is installed of course. Anyone tried this yet?

When a MAC OS X BOINC client contacts the WCG server, it sends a MAC OS X identifier and requests:
----------------------------------------1) an application compiled to run under MAC OS X. 2) a work unit formatted for the MAC OS X disk file system. Right now, the server will say that none of this is available. To be announced . . . . . mycrofth [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Feb 13, 2006 9:35:00 PM] |
