Anyway, a little advice. It will help your cause if you put a link to your team page somewhere in your posts, or better yet, add it to your signature. And then, to promote a local team, perhaps the best way would be to contact local media. I haven't seen any local geographic teams hit the big time, but you should get a respectable following if you shout loud enough....
